Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Salon Posta, our hair salon in Marietta, GA. We reserve time with your stylist for each appointment. Advance notice helps us offer that time to another guest when your plans change.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule most services. Hair extensions require 48 hours’ notice.

If you give less notice, we charge the applicable non-refundable fee to your card on file.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Call or text 770.415.2221, or email us to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We use the timestamp of your notice, including messages you send outside business hours. Salon Posta closes on Sundays and Mondays, but you can still send notice by text or email.

Late Arrivals

We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten your service to keep the next guest’s appointment on schedule. We may instead treat the appointment as a no-show and charge the applicable fee.

Deposits for Special Services

Some services, including extensions, require a non-refundable deposit when you book. We apply the deposit toward your final bill when you keep the appointment. If your plans change, the deposit may help cover applicable cancellation fees.

Emergencies

If an emergency affects your appointment, contact us as soon as you can. We’ll discuss your situation and how we can help.

Booking Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a time reservation service. You authorize Salon Posta to charge the card on file for any fees incurred under this agreement.
