Cancellation Policy

We truly appreciate you choosing us for your hair care, and we work hard to give every client the dedicated time and attention they deserve. When appointments are missed or changed last-minute, it affects our stylists' schedules and other guests waiting for openings. To help everyone get the best experience possible, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines.

A Few More Helpful Details

  • Late Arrivals — We offer a 15-minute grace period so you can arrive comfortably. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule for the next guest, or it could be treated as a no-show (with the applicable fee).

  • How to Cancel or Reschedule — Feel free to reach out via text, email, or phone—whatever is easiest for you! Your notice is effective based on the timestamp of when you send it, even outside our regular hours. This helps us plan quickly and fairly.

  • Deposits for Special Services — For treatments that require extra prep (like extensions), we collect a non-refundable deposit when booking. It goes toward your final bill if you keep the appointment, or it can help cover any fees if plans change.

  • Emergencies Happen — We completely understand that unexpected things come up (life is full of surprises!). If you have a genuine emergency, please let us know as soon as possible—we're happy to talk it through and see how we can help.

By Booking with Us

When you reserve an appointment, you're securing dedicated stylist time just for you—we treat it like a special reservation service. By booking, you agree to let us charge the card on file for any applicable fees under this policy. These fees are considered reasonable liquidated damages under O.C.G.A. § 13-6-7 (Georgia law) to fairly cover the impact of a missed slot, not as a penalty.

Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone. We can't wait to see you and make your visit amazing!

Legal Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a time reservation service. You authorize Salon Posta to charge the card on file for any fees incurred under this agreement. These fees constitute "liquidated damages" under O.C.G.A. § 13-6-7 and are not a penalty.
